best book on international public relations

This was my go-to book for my International Public Relations class. Applying the Circuit of Culture model to global public relations instead of a traditional linear RACE approach will certainly make more culturally sensitive and ethical public relations specialists. The second edition is long overdue!

Well researched and engaging

I thought "eh" to this book when told it was needed for class, but I found myself surprisingly hooked into international PR campaigns. This book was easy to read and broken into the Five Circuits of Culture so one can better understand the different circuits. Real-life campaigns and examples provide for a good read.

Albeit being a tad text heavy, and "difficult" to read. I did enjoy this book. It was extremely helpful in a graduate level PR class I took. The concept, and methodologies discussed are easily applicable in the different situational context a PR professional might find him or herself in.
